Family Friendly Trips
For family day trips see Day Trips under length and budget. Our multi-day trips below are appropriate for families. Age recommendations are posted for each trip under the details tab. Our more strenuous trips are great for families with older, active children. Our luxury base camps have no age limits and are ideal for families with younger children OR families of several generations including grandparents and grandchildren. On most of our trips with younger age limits kayaking, snorkeling and hiking are optional activities.
Our Island Hopping trip has been a favorite for families experienced in camping seeking an expedition style excursion. All activities are optional on this trip as we use our motorized boats to move camp to camp almost daily heading north toward Loreto. Meanwhile base camp trips are more ideal for families not wanting to pack and move daily. Between those two trips is our Espiritu Santo Island skiff-supported trip (Island Kayaking & Marine Wildlife) in which we mix some days of moving camp to camp with some layover days.
All these trip provide a wonderful, unplugged way for families to bond in the great outdoors while on vacation. Our crew and guides prepare 3 meals a day, a sunset happy hour treat and organize all the activities so you need only to recreate and relax in beautiful Baja!
